Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency (NCTPA) will initiate a study in the City of St. Helena in 2011 to evaluate existing transit services, identify travel patterns, and assess future needs. The study will assess the local demographics profile and evaluate the performance of existing transit services, including the St. Helena Shuttle and Napa VINE Routes 10 and 29.
