It’s Your Turn to get engaged! Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency (NCTPA) has initiated a study in the City of Napa to evaluate existing transit services, identify travel patterns, and assess future needs. The study will assess the local demographics profile and evaluate the performance of existing transit services, including the local Napa VINE Routes (1-6), Route 10 and the 29 Commuter Express.

On April 14th, NCTPA hosted a Public Open House at Napa City Hall Council Chambers.  The purpose of the meeting was to present initial service concept changes to the public and garner feedback.  If you were unable to attend the meeting, please view the presentation link below and send us your thoughts and suggestions.  There is still time to comment.
